JCC Edu Care Trust sponsored Chess Club was officially
inaugurated by our Principal Mr. K Elilventhan on the 4th
November 2016 at the Lower School. This facility is fully
funded by JCC Edu Care Trust for the benefit of our lower
school students. We donated chessboards and hired a trainer
to teach students from year 1 to year 5 and our Principal
kindly allocated a separate classroom for the chess club. We
hope these additional facilities will attract good caliber
students and will be an incentive for the parents to seek
admission for their children at Jaffna Central College.
