JCC Edu Care Trust is now officially recognised as a Non – Governmental Organisation for charitable purposes by the relevant authority. This one of the hardest accreditations to achieve for a school based organisation and now we have the full recognition of the relevant authority and the relevant Ministry of the Sri Lankan government.
What will this recognition means for us in the longer term?
- There’s no question about transparency or the authenticity of our work since we will be closely monitored by the NSNGO.
- Full support from the relevant Ministry towards our projects.
- Guarantee to the donors that their 100% of their donation will reach the beneficiaries.
- Provides protection to donors and prevents any unwanted regulatory checks.
